Hi,
I'm using the biosemi system abroad (not in switzerland but in croatia) for the first time and I have some problems charging the batteries.
I connected the charger to the battery (DC output to charge output) and to the power line using the classical adapter of Biosemi. But none of the ligths are on and the charger stay cool. All fuses (battery and charger) seems OK.
I also observed that the ready light flashes if I remove the connection between the battery and the charger while the charger is connected to power line.
It is the same with the two batteries I have.
Is it normal ?
Should I put the battery on during charging ?
Do you have any idea ?
Best regards,
Guillaume Chanel

The symptoms suggest that there is no power available at the output connector of the wall-adapter. Check with a voltmeter, there should be 9V between the concentric plug poles.
No 9V: make sure that the wall outlet is OK (between 100 and 240 VAC). If it is, please sent the wall-adapter to BioSemi for repair or replacement.
9V is OK: sent the charger to BioSemi for repair or replacement
It is not necessary to switch the battery on during charging
Best regards, Coen (BioSemi)
