Dear all,
I have built an indépendant system based on arduino for sending stimulations for research purpose and I would like the arduino to send triggers to biosemi system but I don’t know how to proceed...
Could someone help me to send triggers with the arduino?

Connect the digital outputs of the Arduino to the trigger port of the USB-receiver (pin 1-16 are trigger inputs, pin 37 is ground, see https://www.biosemi.com/faq/trigger_signals.htm ). Both 3.3V and 5V output will work OK.
