Error 5000

Hello All,

We are experiencing some problems with our equipment. Whenever we try to start gathering data with Actiview806 "Error 5000 occured at No Incoming Data. Possible reason(s): ADC-box power is off or Optical fiber is disconnected " appears. ADC-box has the green light signaling power is on, CMS in range blue light is on too, and the cables seems intact. The system was working just fine a few month ago. We are using USB Trigger Interface cable, and the problem seems to be in the USB driver. When we are trying to install the USB driver (packed with the driver) an Install error massage appears: "The third-party INF does not contain digital signature information.". Plug the USB-Receiver out and in didn't work.

Our operating system is Windows 10 64-bit, the USB-Receiver version is 5.1, firmware 4.0.

Does someone has already face this problem and manage to solve it?

Use the registry cleaning tool to remove the manually installed driver, see https://www.biosemi.com/faq/install_USB.htm

Do not install the driver manually under W10, just plug in the USB-Receiver and the driver will install automatically.
