Battery problem.

Hello,

We've met issues in our lab with two batteries that could not be charged. None of the red yellow and green lights in the charger is on when the battery is connected. One had this problem several months ago and today the other one occur this problem. We use the second battery regularly.

Is there anything we can do about this issue?

Check that the output of the wall adapter is 9V DC. Check that the (removable) mains plug of the wall adapter is properly clicked into the adapter housing.
