Hello,
We've recently been having issues in our lab with a battery that does not appear to be working correctly. Whenever the battery is turned on the green light indicating that it is powered on does not activate, nor does the collection box indicate that it is receiving power from the battery when it is connected to the battery and the battery is turned on. When the battery is connected to a charger the green light on the charger labeled "Ready" stays lit, it doesn't give the yellow "Charging" light. This has been tested on two different chargers, both of which have no issues charging other batteries. Is there anything we can do about this issue?
Thanks,
Abe

Re: Battery Issue
Check the fuse. If the fuse is OK, then return it to replace the internal cells.

Re: Battery Issue
Replacing the fuse seems to have solved the problem. Thanks again!
Re: Battery Issue
It looks like I was mistaken. Replacing the fuse did change the situation, now the green light does activate when the battery is turned on but the light on the collection box does not illuminate to indicate that it is receiving power when it is connected to the battery. The collection box works just fine with the other battery that we have. Are there any possible fixes for the situation that we could do on our own or should we send it in?
Thanks again,
Abe

Re: Battery Issue
Open the blue power connector and check for loose connections (most probable cause of your issue). If all 3 wires are properly connected, then sending the battery to us for service is the next step.

Thanks for the tip. We fixed it after noticing one of the wires was not connected.
