Hello,
Our battery charger has a simple fault. The charger jack has worn out. The charger still works but only if you hold the plug in the jack.
We'd like the manufacturer and part number for the jack so I can order the correct part.
We'd prefer not send the charger back for repair as we don't have a spare.
best,

Center pin is positive (reversed polarity will inevitable damage the charger).
