Sending triggers via National Instruments Digital I/O PCIe-6509

Hi, I am using a NI PCIe-6509 card to send triggers through Matlab (on Windows) to the BioSemi AD-box's 37-pin connector. If anyone has used a similar type of I/O port before, I would really appreciate your advice on how to send triggers to start/stop recording (saving) data on the ActiView software...

If anyone has tried using the flat CMS/DRL, could you report how the recovery time differed from the standard CMS/DRL? It would be much appreciated!

As a follow-up to the question regarding recovery time, if it takes 5 samples to recover, does that mean increasing the sampling rate will allow for faster return to baseline? I am trying to figure out how to measure the peak-to-peak MEP amplitude while I deliver TMS over M1 and record from EEG. Tha...
