Re: offline heart rate extraction from ECG signal

Hi Coen,
The HR value you mentioned is heart rate variability? and how to use the VI to extract? Thanks in advance.

Re: Heart Rate, Respiration, Temperature and GSR

Hi Christoffer,

I currently corrected GSR and HR data, I'm new in data analysis and really confused about it, could you tell me something about the procedure of GSR/HR data analysis? Thanks in advance!

Hi Teunis,

I have download EDFbrowser, is it can be used for analyzing GSR data from preprocessing to statistics?

Re: GSR and heart rate analysis

Hi Kristel, I'm also trying to analyze HR with Brain Vision Analyzer, but I'm still confused the procedure the the analysis (such as preprocessing, the extraction of skin conductance parameters in order to further statistics), do you have some useful information about that? Thanks in advance! :D Bes...

GSR and heart rate analysis

Hi,

I'm a beginner for physiological data (GSR and heart rate) collection and analysis, Could I ask a question that how to analyze the GSR and heart rate data that collected through biosemi system, are there some specific softwares? Thanks in advance
