Thanks for the tip. We fixed it after noticing one of the wires was not connected.

It looks like I was mistaken. Replacing the fuse did change the situation, now the green light does activate when the battery is turned on but the light on the collection box does not illuminate to indicate that it is receiving power when it is connected to the battery. The collection box works just...
