Dear Coen, thanks for your answer - I do have a few more questions though: If it was sweating, wouldn't those artefacts happen at a more regular basis? We sometimes have artefacts at the beginning of a recording and then nothing again for more than 10 minutes - wouldn't our subject keep on sweating ...

My collegue and I just started recording eegs for our thesis and have run into some problems with Biosemi.
