One of our pin-type electrode sets has one faulty electrode. Can I replace that faulty electrode by other pin-type electrode set? For example, use A1-A31 electrodes and connect to "A" in A/D box and use B1 and connect to "B" in A/D box. In this case, the A32 and B2-B32 will not be insert in head-cap...

We seems have the same problem and are looking for optic cable too. Most cables I found is duplex (two heads on each side). Is it a problem? Or could you please point to a specific place for us to get?

Hi, After charging for two days, the charger front panel still show 'Red: Full Charge', instead of 'Ready'.
